🔁 Returns Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- An incorrect product has been delivered
- The item has major manufacturing defects
Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order along with proper proof such as images or videos.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Sarees or fabrics with fall and pico completed
- Customized or altered products
- Products returned without original packaging and tags
📦 Return Process
To request a return:

- Share your order details along with images/videos of the issue
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging intact.
